Mutual Fraud Protection

We video the entire packing process, from the review of your purchased items, up to the sealing the box.  We ask you do similarly and video the opening of your package from outer shipping box through the unboxing of your purchase. 

Purchase & Shipping Policies

* We will ONLY ship to the address tied to your PayPal account when using PayPal.  We can not make ANY exceptions.

* We can not ship to PO Boxes.

* We will only ship to the named person on the Form of Payment and address tied to Form of Payment.

* All Shipments are insured to value.

* Shipments go out 3 business days post payment.  

Please Note: It is fully the Buyer's responsibility to be present for delivery, signature and acceptance of their shipment.  Any returns due to delivery failure will result in Buyer being charged for 20% of the item purchased as a restocking fee, which includes fees such as shipping and PayPal.

Return Policy

All SALES ARE FINAL.

BUYER must ask for all pictures, get all questions answered prior purchasing.

Buyer agrees on condition of product based on any/all pictures and videos.  All items for sale on The Palm Beach Trunk website are guaranteed AUTHENTIC, and come with a money back guarantee.

The packing of your purchase is fully video recorded from start to end for added buyer/seller protection.
